Terms of Service

Understand the proposed rules for accounts, practice, classroom activities, and educational materials.

Draft prepared October 30, 2026 · Awaiting operator review

1. About these terms

Avocado SAT is an educational platform at avocadosat.uz. It offers SAT practice tests, prediction exams, classes, assignments, and ways to review learning progress. These terms describe the proposed rules for using those features. The platform is operated by Avocado SAT in Uzbekistan.

This is a draft for operator review, not a final agreement. The operator’s legal identity and address, student age eligibility, content rights, and any commercial terms still need confirmation. See our Privacy Policy for information about personal data.

2. Accounts and access

You can create an account using email and password or Google sign-in. Provide accurate account details, keep your sign-in credentials private, and tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law. Do not use another person’s account without permission.

Some platform areas require an approved account. Administrators can approve or revoke student access. A practice test marked as a free trial may be available before approval, subject to its current access rules. Teachers and administrators have different tools from students. Creating an account does not itself guarantee access to every test, class, or assignment.

For students who may be under 18, age eligibility and any parent or guardian authorization rules require operator review before these terms become final. The current account registration and optional mailing-list flows do not verify age or collect guardian permission. The marketing choice is separate from platform access.

3. Practice tests, classes, and resources

Practice tests may include timed or untimed sessions and selected modules. Teachers can create classes and assignments with their own deadlines, availability, feedback, and timing settings. Students may join classes using a code where the feature is available. A teacher can manage a class, including assignments and membership. The separate consultation request form sends a request to our team; it does not create a platform account or guarantee a consultation.

Follow the instructions and availability shown for each test or assignment. Work saved only in your browser may be lost if you clear browser data or switch devices. We aim to keep the platform useful, but technical interruptions, teacher edits, or access changes can affect whether a particular activity is available.

4. Acceptable use

Use the platform for learning and authorized teaching. Do not impersonate someone else, access another person’s work without permission, interfere with the service or its security controls, upload malicious code, or use automated means to extract substantial parts of the question bank or other materials. Do not harass other users or submit abusive, unlawful, or misleading material in profiles, reports, notes, or class content.

When completing work assigned by a teacher, follow that teacher’s academic rules. Do not submit another person’s answers as your own or manipulate results, XP, or classroom records. A teacher may set additional class instructions, but those instructions do not change these sitewide rules.

5. Educational content and permitted use

You may view and use materials made available to your account for your personal study or authorized classroom instruction. Do not republish, sell, redistribute, or bulk-download questions, passages, explanations, images, or test materials without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Avocado SAT may provide material it created as well as material from other sources. This draft does not claim Avocado SAT owns every question or third-party mark appearing on the platform. Ownership, licensing, attribution, and permitted classroom reuse of existing and future question-bank content must be confirmed before publication.

If you upload a profile or class photo, write a bio, or submit other content, use material you are allowed to share. You remain responsible for the content you provide. The exact license needed for Avocado SAT to display and operate user-submitted content requires operator review.

6. Scores and educational limitations

Practice scores, accuracy, XP, class leaderboards, and prediction results are learning tools. They are not official SAT results, admission decisions, or a guarantee of a future exam score. The platform may show different results for selected-module practice, full tests, assignment submissions, and later practice retries. A retry can be for study without replacing the original graded submission where that feature is used.

We try to correct question and scoring errors when identified. If you find a suspected error, use the available question report feature or contact us. The operator should confirm any formal correction or score-dispute process before these terms become final.

7. Free access and any future paid services

The current application distinguishes approved access from tests marked as free trials. We did not find an in-app checkout, subscription purchase, or refund flow. Access to a feature should be understood from the information displayed for that feature and any separately communicated offer.

No payment, renewal, cancellation, or refund policy is stated in this draft. If Avocado SAT offers paid services, the operator must provide accurate pricing, payment provider, scope of access, and applicable cancellation or refund terms before accepting payment and update these terms as needed.

8. Access restrictions and account closure

Administrators currently have tools to approve or revoke student access. Class teachers can manage class membership. Access may therefore be restricted when an account is not approved, a student leaves or is removed from a class, or an assignment is no longer available under the teacher’s settings.

The platform does not currently offer a self-service account deletion button. If you want to request account closure or data deletion, contact support@avocadosat.uz. The operator must confirm the process for handling breaches of these terms, appeals, account closure, and related data before final publication. We do not claim an automated suspension, appeal, or deletion process exists today.

9. Changes to the platform and terms

Features, tests, class tools, and availability may change as Avocado SAT develops. Teachers can also change the availability of their own assignments within platform rules. We should update these terms when the service or its rules materially change and show a clear effective date for the approved version.

The operator must decide how users will be notified of material term changes and when updated terms will take effect. This draft does not assert that merely continuing to use the service automatically accepts future changes.

10. Questions and contact

For questions about the platform or these proposed terms, contact Avocado SAT at support@avocadosat.uz. You can also use the existing support channel at @satavocado_admin or call +998 33 888 1600. Do not send your password.

This draft was prepared for review on . It has no effective date yet. The operator’s full legal identity, business address, applicable governing-law and dispute-resolution wording, and final contact procedure require review before publication.
